Art Explorers Summer Camps

Space is limited to 24 students per camp.

Please pack a lunch and a water bottle for your child. Please dress appropriately for art activities or bring extra clothes that can get dirty.

God's Canvas - Explore the connection between nature and art! We will work with flowers, leaves, and other natural elements to create various art pieces. Projects include rock paintings, nature weavings, wind chimes, and leaf paintings.

Pop Art Explosion - Embrace everyday life by transforming it into bold works of art. In this session, we will turn to use color, texture, and everyday objects to celebrate our interests and passions. Projects include comic strips, printmaking, and more!

Once Upon a Time - Enter into a world of fantasy and imagination! In this session, we will look to fairytales and adventure stories as our inspiration. Projects include fantasy creature sculptures, book cover designs, fairy houses, and epic battle creations.

Op-Art - Uncover the mystery behind optical art by creating your very own optical illusions! In this session, we will learn how to make things pop off the page and create an illusion of movement. Projects include 3D drawings, optical illusion toys, and other optical illusion art forms. Ideal for kids 10 and up.

Abstract Art - Engage in the world of abstract art, perhaps the trickiest art forms to define, but one of the most fun and expressive to explore. In this session, we will learn about how to express emotions and thoughts without having to follow traditional art rules. Projects include water marbling, neurographic art, painting to music, and mosaics.

Cosmic Creations - Be on the lookout for beauty and wonder beyond our world! In this session, we will use art to explore outer space. Projects include galaxy jars, sun printing, bottle rockets, and space slime. This may be a messier session, so please plan accordingly.
